Life After Loss

The death of a loved one or a relationship breakdown is a shattering time and it takes a long period for that acute distress to soften into something easier to bear. Everything can lose its meaning and colour and the prospect of feeling any level of joy again can seem the remotest of possibilities.

Coaching is not bereavement counselling, but at the right time, can be the support needed to begin to step into this new unsought life as it is and could be, despite it not being the one you may ever have envisaged.

While everybody's reality is uniquely their own, through my own personal experience of loss and grief I know what a painful and rocky road it can be. It has taught me the value of compassionate support systems and how to live with greater courage, to listen more fully and the importance of being present to what is happening.

It would be a privilege to support you on your path towards regaining a sense of joy, meaning and purpose.
